Returns

We do not accept returns of any dairy products once sold or delivered, due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Refunds

If your complaint is found to be valid (damaged, wrong product, or quality issue), we will issue a full or partial refund, or provide a replacement, as applicable.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
