Refund and Returns Policy

At Shreekanchan, we take great pride in delivering fresh and high-quality dairy products to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we value your satisfaction and have a fair refund policy in place in case of genuine issues.


Returns

  • We do not accept returns of any dairy products once sold or delivered, due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Refunds

  • If your complaint is found to be valid (damaged, wrong product, or quality issue), we will issue a full or partial refund, or provide a replacement, as applicable.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Replaced product will be delivered with in 5 days


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect delivery details shared by the customer

  • Delay caused due to customer unavailability or unforeseen circumstances

  • Opened, tampered, or consumed products
